The “EMS TUG”, built in 2019, is a shallow draft anchor handling tug of 27,05 by 10,50 meters.
The twin Caterpillar engines delivering 3.500 BHP which results in 45,2 tons bollard pull. In combination with minimal draft, the 200 BHP bow thruster and the twin fixed propellers in nozzles, gives the vessel maximum maneuverability.
The strong HEILA marine deck crane with a maximum lift capacity of 5,53 tons(m) at 18,5 meters, the double drum winch of 100 tons (pull), tugger winch of 12 tons, hydraulic coupling winches for pushing mode and a maximum clear deck area, makes the vessel more than multifunctional.
Further more the vessel is equipped with 30 ton SWL A-Frame and a moonpool integrated in the pushbow.
