NEPTUN 9 towed new dredger “Reimerswaal”
NEPTUN 9 arrived in Rotterdam on 27th January 2012 with the new hopper dredger "Reimerswaal"
Just before Christmas 2011, the NEPTUN 9 departed from Braila, Romania, with the new hull of hopper dredger "Reimerswaal", bound for Rotterdam.
Unfortunately the convoy encountered some very bad weather near Greece and Sicily, resulting in a "sheltering delay" of approx. one week, but last week on 27th January 2012 the NEPTUN 9 delivered her tow "REIMERSWAAL" sound, safe and undamaged at Shipyard Kooiman in Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands.
